Do you have at least 2-3 years' experience in customer service or from business support functions? Do you have excellent communication skills in Swedish, English and Finnish? In that case, we have the perfect job for you! Baxalta is now looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service agent for the Nordic office in Stockholm.
You will serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and coordinating customer service needs with other functions as required. Some of your duties are the following:
• Receive and process orders via telephone, fax, mail and EDI until invoiced
• Respond to customer questions and requests via telephone or mail.
• Log and solve customer related issues with regards to shipments, invoices orders.
• Manage customer returns according to SOP for returns and keep customer files updated
• Support eCommerce developments and initiatives, cross functional (Office Service & IT) backup and collaborate with other teams in customer service related projects
Publiceringsdatum2016-02-09KvalifikationerAt least 2-3 years' experience in customer service or from business support functions, excellent communicational skills in Swedish, English and Finnish, high school diploma (gymnasiekompetens) and basic knowledge in Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel are the requirements for this job. Communication skills in Norwegian and Finnish is an advantage.
You are problem solving, and have good work ethic with great cooperation skills. You also have a customer focus, technical ability and a positive and motivational approach to both colleagues and customers.
