We've built an all-star international merchant support team and are now looking for an dedicated and ambitious Finnish speaking Merchant Support Agent to join our Nordic team.
Merchant Support is part of our Customers Service department, with the primarily goal to deliver excellent service to Klarna's e-stores (merchants) using our payment services. As a Merchant Support Agent for Finland you will provide our Finnish merchants with extraordinary service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail. We strive to give our merchants world-class service and to exceed their expectations. You will play a central role in Klarna's success and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.
