L&AT Sales is looking for a Key Account Manager who will drive market acquisition and retention strategies for the Actuation System business, in order to maximize sales growth and optimize profits to the BU in the specific country through all available sales channels.

In addition, you will:
Implement SKF overall growth and retention strategy also on an operational level for accounts within the country
Follow-up Profit (TVA) and Sales Growth closely with the Sales Unit Manager
Work closely with other sales teams, manufacturing units, product development, business development and all other support functions

Job responsibilities
To be accountable for achieving profitable growth, pricing and cost development and contribute to scorecard targets (operational and strategic)
To optimize the total business life cycle of the Actuation System SKF offering
To negotiate the local contracts and/or local programs and to prepare commercial offers accordingly
To be responsible for acting on good quality of the order book and timely payments together with customer service and other relevant stakeholders

Engineering degree required or equivalent working experience
Customer acquisition knowledge/experience.
Proven customer interaction and problem solving ability
Strong customer focus; capture customer needs and transfers them into offers
Understand market needs, leading to the right SKF positioning, considering competitive advantages, value proposition and making appropriate commercial decisions.
Fluent Swedish, English and Finnish are required.
Business Development and/or Sales experience is an advantage.
Technical knowledge in Actuation System products and applications is an advantage
Good knowledge of Actuation System competition landscape is an advantage
Preferred knowledge in Electro Mechanical Equipments
Open minded about new customer acquisition
High frequency of travels
