Reporting to the Head of Finance & Administration, the incumbent is expected to have solid financial management experience.
Working in close collaboration with all units at the secretariat as well as with regional GWP entities, good interpersonal communication skills in a cross-cultural environment, good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as superb accounting skills are essential. This position encompasses the following areas:
1.Monitoring the financial management of EC funded projects at GWPO level, including contract processes and administration of contracts within EC funded projects.
2.Leading procurement of new accounting software, as well as developing coding and reporting structure within that software.
3.The FO is responsible for the monthly/quarterly/annual reconciliation with the support of the Finance Team.
