We are looking for a person with good communication skills. Furthermore, you are a people person who are open to the ideas of others and open for changes. You have excellent analytical and planning skills, are well-structured and can work independently.
Job / Skills
You will be in charge of 2 entities, Hotswap Sweden and Hotswap Germany, and will:
• Manage the financial processes within the organization including revenue and cost analysis (turnover consistency check, bonus calculation, accruals checks) and guarantee figures reliability.
• Communicate and follow-up business targets align with the Group strategy and analyze KPIs to monitor profitability.
• Ensure that the month-end process and Group reporting (budget, forecast and monthly report) are executed in a timely and qualitative manner in cooperation with Financial Service Center.
• Prepare monthly variance and forecast analysis of the results.
• Work close to the business and act like a business partner. You will develop operational reporting and financial follow-up for business (analysis of results for different business areas / projects, monitoring of margins, business review with managers).
• Monitor Cash-out, WIP and receivables.
• Participate to Ad-hoc analyses.
• Support the Financial Service Center and Payroll department in various topics such as project accounting, revenue recognition, pension etc.
• General administration
You will report to Controlling Manager but have a dotted line to the MD of Hotswap. Placement is at our office in Kista, Stockholm but trips will occur, both national and international.
Profile
To be considered for this position we expect you to have:
• A master degree or equivalent in business administration or similar
• Minimum of 3-4 years relevant professional working experience.
• Strong background within controlling.
• Experience from implementing new routines and structures.
• Ability to identify weaknesses and suggest improvements.
• Experience from an international company
• Strong IT skills especially within excel and if you have worked in IFS or Agresso it will be a plus.
• You have experience from financial planning and reporting as well as follow-up of business performance
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a requirement.
• Fluency in spoken and written German or Swedish is a great plus.
