For a long term assignment for one of our customers we are now looking for a Financial Controller. You will work part of your time close to accounting with responsible for closing some of the concerned markets but also spend several working days with the budget and forecast processes and backing up the Swedish CFO in analyzes and reporting to the headquarter. In this role you would report directly to CFO.

Assignment

In this role you will:

•           Be responsible for the month- and year end closure for Finland and Denmark

•           Support in the budget and forecast processes

•           Be a back up to CFO in controlling, analyzes and the communication and reporting towards Germany

Background

You need at least five years experience of accounting, independent driving the month- and year end closing process and probably you also have some experience of a more controller oriented role. You consider yourself to be a quit senior accountant with deep understanding of financial flows. Meanwhile you have a strong ambition to move yourself towards a more controlling and analyzing role. To be able to take this step you need the right mindset with a strong ambition and self motivation, thinking outside the box and tackling your work independently.

Experience of financial controlling is regarded a merit but what is really critical is that you possess right personality and mindset for this kind of role. Furthermore we think that you have a university degree or a similar education within finance. You need to be an excellent Excel user and knowledge of SAP is regarded a strong merit. It is also essential that you master English and Swedish, written as well as spoken.

As a person you are also open minded, flexible and a genuine team player. To enjoy the job and be able to succeed you really need a high ambition and a clear self motivation with the ability to take own initiatives. You have a clear “we mentality”, are a real multitasker with a proven ability to handle stress, tough deadline and periods of big workload.
