FOREO has a need for a talented and self-driven Financial Assistant to join our team in Stockholm.
As a Financial Assistant at FOREO you work close to Finance department in Stockholm aswell as Global Finance.
Your main objectives are:
• Process and prepare financial and business forms
• Create, send, and follow up on invoices
• Keep financial records organized and updated
• Work with accounts payable & accounts receivable
• Perform and support reconciliation of balances on a monthly basis
• Reconcile VAT for Sweden and EU
• Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
• Perform administrative and other tasks as needed
• All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
As a Finance assistant you perform financial and accounting related activities in a timely manner, and evaluate financial documents for correctness and completeness.
Requirements:
• Minimum high school degree (bachelor's degree in finance or economy is a plus)
• Working experience: 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar job
