hela Sverige Plastal is looking for an experienced Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) Manager to join the group finance team in Gothenburg. As a Finance SSC Manager you will be responsible for the financial department consisting of 6 co-workers. The Finance SSC Manager will report directly to the CFO of Plastal Industri AB but work closely with the other departments as operations & qualities, engineering and sales.
The main responsibilities are:
• Responsible manager for Plastal's Financial SSC department
• Responsible for all financial administration of the Swedish legal entities, both internal and external
• Responsible for statutory reports in the Swedish legal entities
• Ensure a common way of working within the SSC that comply Group accounting standards and policies as well as applicable GAAP
• Ensure that Plastal's SSC operations is reliable, secure, cost effective and productive
Plastal is in an exciting growth phase and as a Finance SCC manager you will play an important role in this in close collaboration with the organization and management.
A successful candidate has a University degree, Master or Bachelor of Science in Finance and/or business administration and a minimum of 10 years of experience from senior accounting and reporting positions. You have proven managerial experience and of developing your co-workers. This role requires a solid knowledge in Swedish GAAP and experience IFRS standars. Experience from automotive and/or industrial production companies is an advantage. Excellent knowledge of SAP is required and knowledge in AARO is a plus. Plastal's international environment requires that you are fluent in both English and Swedish, written and spoken.
As person you are independent and self- driven, an excellent communicator and colleague. Your pedagogic skills are an advantage to increase the financial knowledge in the organization. You are used to process documentation and have strong structural skills.
