The finance department within E.ON Energy Networks has an important role to play in facing the rapid changes in the energy environment. The financial management from a business perspective is crucial in achieving our goal - to produce and deliver 100% renewable and recycled energy by 2025.
Our shared vision for the finance department is it to be a partner in financial steering and optimization of the business. To achieve this, a seamless and developed digital finance environment is a necessity, and that is where you enter the picture. We have just begun building our finance digital team and are now looking for a user-oriented and quality minded owner of our systems and applications.
As a Finance Digital Owner, you will take an important role in ensuring that the overall performance of the systems and applications assigned to you lives up to our standards and are adaptable for future changes. You genuinely enjoy enhancing the user experience and finding new solutions in order to achieve this.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Ensuring that our solutions and applications are up-to-date, which includes continuously implementing improvements related to availability, functionality, documentation etc.
* Secure service design and change management, thus constantly optimize the user experience both in the applications as well as through training and education for users
* Participate in project development, often related to UX/CX enhancements for the final application in use
* Product and application lifecycle management
You interact in broader networks both within and outside our Finance Community
We are looking forward to you bringing ideas and initiatives for building effective processes and new work methods for the Finance Digital Development team.
In order to thrive in the position, you have a background as a system- or product owner, likely including database management. You have ideally gathered this experience within the finance or controlling sectors. Thorough data analysis knowledge is required and you understand how to visualize and present the data in an instructive fashion. We believe that your IT system / application experiences are very solid in SAP, Qlik Sense or alike. You will also be able to communicate technical matters and detail to users in a clear and concise way, in both Swedish and English.
We also expect you to be a strong devotee to quality whom takes pride in providing a well-functioning environment to colleagues within finance & controlling. Finally, we are confident that you are service-minded and place our customers first, just like us.
Mirko Kallweit will be your manager in Financial Controlling & Risk. Mirko is an available leader who drives change, advocates transparency and welcomes new ideas from his employees. You will be given a lot of freedom under responsibility and will be encouraged to work closely with your colleagues both inside and outside the department. Together we can solve most of the challenges!
