hela Sverige We are looking for a Finance Business Analyst to Saab 's Business Area Surveillance in Gothenburg!
Your role
You will be a member of the production controlling team responsible for forecasting and monitoring operational and financial results and improving accuracy and profitability for the division. As a Finance Business Analyst, your responsibility is to develop data driven analysis and continuously drive business process digitalization within the division to ensure stable and accurate forecasts and provide early warnings to management.
Some of the challenges you will face:
* Gather information, provide deep analysis and interpreting data of areas such as:
* Material costs
* Currency fluctuations
* Inventory management
* Project impacts
* Develop and design data driven models of better financial and operational understanding and efficiency such as combining data from various sources to gain new insights
* Work closely with relevant stakeholders around the organization to educate and communicate business insights and knowledge
* Actively work to establish and drive new ways of working within the division to improve efficiency and profitability
Your profile
A successful candidate have a background within Industrial Economics or equivalent. You have a sense of business understanding and are curious to better understand what drives profitability within an organization. You also enjoy working with data analytics and develop data driven models, connecting various types of data to gain new insight and knowledge.
As a Finance Business Analyst, it is important to understand different types of stakeholders and their requirements. We therefore see that you have documented ability to build cross-functional relationships and have strong communication skills. We believe you will be able to use your financial analytical skills and technical knowledge and translate it into new business insights and know-how to the team and the organization.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Economics or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL and Qlikview. Other BI-tools are qualifying
* Prior knowledge to the ERP system IFS is qualifying
* Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in similar area
* Good communication skills
* Strong professional integrity and self-driven mentality

Sourcing & Production is a division with approximately 350 employees where all of Saab Surveillance sourcing and production activities are gathered in one organizational unit. The division consists of a production site, a sourcing team and a production controlling team.
