Chevrolet Sverige AB is recruiting a Nordic Finance Assistant to support our Financial Controller with price and campaign administration for our Swedish and Finnish market. Main task involves loading and maintaining of promotion plans in the billing system, ensuring quality of data and interfacing with the sales team and dealer network in troubleshooting for errors. The person will get a big exposure for the overall business model and manage one of our core business processes.
In addition the finance assistance will also be responsible for vehicle and option price loading in the web based pricing system, and ensuring compliance with internal pricing and audit requirements. Pricing take place bi-annually and/or at any new launches. Chevrolet expects to launch7 new vehicles in 2011. A genuine car interest is of benefit in understanding the pricing structure.
The person will be a part of a young and dynamic organization and will report to the Financial Controller but also interact on a frequent basis with the product manager, sales team in both countries, and Nordic CFO. The position is based in Marievik, in Stockholm. You will be required to work 10h per week, or 2 afternoons every week

Qualifications required:
Currently a student the in Economics field
Ability to process and understand high quantities of data and high range of variables
Problem solving attitude/action oriented
Organized and structured
Communicative, ask questions and seek answers.
