We are now looking for a summer intern to assist our finance team full time during summer months, June - August, with possibility of extension. It is a perfect opportunity for you that are studying finance or just finished doing so.
Location
Stockholm, Sweden
Primary work tasks and areas of responsibility.
• Match purchase invoices to purchase orders and received items
• Make sure purchase invoices are approved and posted to the vendor ledger
• Follow up on and reconcile received items not invoiced, claims and credit memos
• Contact with vendors, and reconcile statements

• English written and spoken
• Basic bookkeeping such as chart of accounts and understanding of the classification of accounts, debit and credit, and the workflow of AP, AR and bank ledger
• Basic knowledge of Excel
