Position description
We are now looking for a Senior Test Engineer to strengthen our team within the field test department.
In this position you will have a close contact with the end customers, who perform tests for us in our test trucks. These tests can vary from component test up to complete vehicle level.
You will be in close contact within the internal organization for different tasks around the test trucks.
You will secure that the test trucks are updated with the latest Hardware and Software.
Reporting all issues from the tests and interviewing the customers for feedback, are important tasks in this position. This is performed in very close contact with the customer and drivers, but also with technicians at the local dealer. You will collect information from the logging systems that the trucks are equipped with. This information is compiled and reported throughout reporting in the Product Issue Log system (Jira), the project in Power-BI and in more traditional channels.
Who are you?
You like to work in teams, and you are passionate about establishing and maintaining relationships with mainly customers but also with external dealers as well as the organization internally. You have an interest of trucks and the trucking business. You have an analytic ability and an optimistic mindset for problem solving of both the test and test truck. Our work environment is changing continuously, and you adapt easily to these daily changes.
You are a team player with a humble profile without prestige. Even if the team works together you will manage to work structured and independently.
You have good social and communication skills, structured and skilled in reporting both in written text and verbally in both English and Swedish. You have a bachelor- or master's degree within engineering or similar. C/CE driver license is a plus.
