Vacancy description
Searching and consulting of potential buyers in the macro region Russia (company clients) for realization (or renting) of real estate objects, which are located in Sweden.
Business trips to Russian Federation and Sweden. Payment according to actual working time.
Responsibilities and tasks
Presentation of the real estate objects located in Sweden to the clients.
Support of the clients in organizing business trips to Russia and Sweden.
Consulting of the clients concerning the questions of exploitation of real estate objects.
Support of Transactions.
Selection of financial instruments offered by Russian and Swedish credit and financial institutions for the company clients. Support in getting and using such instruments.
Presentation of the real estate object and the company at the special exhibitions in Russia.
Planning of own sales, reporting.
Cooperation with the real estate agencies.
Monitoring of the real estate market in Sweden and EU.
Developing and conducting of the client base.
Qualifications and work experience
Higher education in economy and/or building.
Working experience: about 3 years
Citizenship: Russian Federation. Permanent resident of Russian Federation.
Existence of a list of potential clients (buyers).
Good understanding of Russian banking services.
Basic knowledge of Russian and Sweden law system of taxes and real estate.
Fluent Russian, basic knowledge of English and Swedish
Experience in independent support of transactions
