Reporting to the Senior Manager Factory Delivery Experience
Main responsibilities
* Provide a professional customer centric experience at the delivery of vehicles to customers at the Factory Delivery Center in Gothenburg.
* Planning and preparing of home shipment of the customer's new and used vehicle in accordance with shipping schedules.
* Organizing incoming delivery orders, transportation for customers, factory tour, brand experience centre, Volvo museum and lunch.
* Be an active member of the Factory Delivery Experience team
Required qualifications
* Service minded
* Experience from customer handling is a merit
* Product knowledge is a merit
* Structured and process driven thinking
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Additional languages is a merit

* High ability to cooperate and work in a team environment
