AI Sweden is the national centre for applied artificial intelligence, jointly funded by the Swedish government and our partners, both public and private. Our mission is to accelerate the use of AI for the benefit of our society, our competitiveness, and for everyone living in Sweden.
We are now looking for exceptional graduates to join the Eye for AI program (
https://www.ai.se/en/partner-offering/talent-programs/eye-ai) - second cohort. The program is a joint initiative between AI Sweden, Linnaeus University and the university hospital in Region Skåne.
About the program
The national center for applied AI, AI Sweden, has together with Linnaeus University and Region Skåne created a unique program for top talents within AI.
• Join a unique 18-month rotational program starting in January 2024.
• Work on real-world AI challenges across diverse fields.
• Gain experience from two different organizations and tap into AI Sweden's global network.
• Collaborate in pairs and rotate organizations for a diverse experience.
• Unlock exciting career opportunities with competitive compensation, housing, and integration into the Swedish community.
The participants will work in pairs and spend 9 months at each organization. Every week, the group will convene for one day at AI Sweden. After 9 months, participants rotate organizations, and are introduced to a different workplace and projects. The Eye for AI program will be a tremendous career boost and lead to highly attractive opportunities when completing the program.
Projects will include data driven development focusing on MLOps, and applied AI in health care. Depending on your expertise you will work in one or both of the fields.
Who we're looking for
We seek top talents with at least an M.Sc. or preferably a PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields. Experience from MLOps, data analysis and working with health data is especially valuable. Ideal candidates will have 0-3 years of relevant work experience and a strong desire to work in Sweden. The program is open to international and national candidates.
Where?
You will spend the program time in two different cities in the southern parts of Sweden, but also have the opportunity to vist AI Sweden's offices in for example Stockholm and Gothenburg.
When?
The second cohort of the Eye for AI talent Program will start in March 2024 and span over 18 months until August 2025.
Recruitment process

• If selected, you will participate in a one-way video interview.
• Finalists will have the opportunity to meet with AI Sweden and partner organizations in the last interview round.
A total of four candidates will be selected for the program
