hela Sverige We are looking for a "Senior Exterior Components & Lighting Designer" for a global automotive company in Gothneburg.
Start is in April 2026, 6-month limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
Description of the assignment
Create and deliver design proposals according to design brief and project constraints in assigned tasks.
Produce creative detailed design solutions fulfilling complex technical criteria.
Deliver and prepare presentation material for reviews.
Participate in design reviews.
Attend to project and engineering meetings.
Work with and guide digital and prototype modelers.
The assignment includes travel also.
Qualifications and skills required for the role
Master's degree in automotive design, Industrial Design, or equivalent with a strong portfolio showcasing your design evolution.
Proficiency in design software like, Photoshop, Alias, Blender, V-Red, Vizcom and others.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design concepts.
Strong team spirit qualities with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Personal attributes:
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear articulation of design concepts. (Proficiency in Mandarin could be an asset).
