The job as Technical Project Leader
As a Technical Project Leader, you'll be responsible for the deliveries and planning of the Electronics and Software department within Husqvarna Construction. This mainly includes internal development within the team in Jonsered, but also to some extent sourced development and components
This is a newly established role and you will take part in defining the way of working.
You, together with two other technical project leaders, will be representing the E&S department in product projects and steering teams, making sure that our time plans and deliveries are met.
This specific role will be part of the E&S management team, and report to the Director of Electronics&Software department - there representing all three technical project leaders.
Location: Jonsered, just outside of Gothenburg.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role, we see that you have at least an bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, as well as some relevant work experience in software and electronics development.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can help us develop this role.
You need to be fluent in English. Experience as a Scrum master or a test leader are good qualifications but not musts.
We're looking for a person that is collaborative, analytical, solution-oriented, and structured to join our team.
