Our client is a respected, employee-owned, global company providing consulting, design, and construction services in specialist areas of earth, environment, and the related areas of energy. The company has160 offices worldwide and more than 8,000 employees. This is a fulltime assignment that starts in the middle of august until the end of December 2012. Some travelling within Sweden is included.
The company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the Swedish operations deliver its recruitment strategy. Supporting our technical recruitment needs across our key markets sectors

• Do an analysis of the present situation with regards to recruitments activates already done, the outcome and effectiveness, experience and lessons learned and as a result of that develop an action plan for the business.
• Do an analysis of the market in Sweden to understand where the potential candidates are presently employed and what their expectations are.
• Do an analysis of the branding of Golder in Sweden to ensure that the message to candidates is what the Company wants it to be and adjust any discrepancies.
• Using a generic Global Recruitment Process, adjust it to the Swedish business and market and implement it in the Company.
• Design and carry out training of managers in the Swedish Recruitment Process, including interview technique.
• Guide and coach recruiting managers during all phases of the recruitment process providing them with appropriate templates/guides, determining the most appropriate interview questions to assess the candidates suitability.
• Actively headhunt for senior positions.
• Develop and embed progressive and innovative resourcing practices which attract candidates from relevant disciplined areas.
• Establish shortlists, screen candidates , coordinate and lead interviews.
• Ensure verbal offers and aligned with the candidates expectations to ensure successful offer negotiations.
• Completion of other related Human Development/Resourcing tasks as requested by the Managing Director with input from the European HD Leader.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven demonstrated experience as a researcher/head hunter within a recruitment consultancy and sourcing experience.
• Knowledge of the latest best practice resourcing practices/methods
• Proven experience of recruiting for highly specialised technical roles ideally within skill shortage areas
• Effective communication skills appropriate for all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills and a willingness to share information.
• Self-motivated, action oriented, high energy, team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively on own initiative.
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise a varied workload whilst ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Strong project management / co-ordination skills with a focus on delivery.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
