About Red Glead Discovery
The purpose of Red Glead Discovery is to contribute to better health. Being experts in drug discovery, we help our clients to develop novel and innovative lead series and clinical candidates. About the position
We are now looking for a highly motivated synthetic organic chemist to strengthen and complement our medicinal chemistry capabilities. At Red Glead Discovery, you will have the possibility to play a vital role in a creative and collaborative multidisciplinary company. You will contribute with your scientific and technical competence from project inception to the delivery of clinical candidates. You will also have the chance to participate in developing the company and to help us match the current and future needs of our clients.
What you do
You will work as an organic/medicinal chemist in laboratory environment and become a part of a team that delivers chemistry and/or drug discovery to our clients.
We expect that you can add chemistry expertise to the team You will work with co-workers, partners, and clients in drug discovery projects - often in global and multi-disciplinary settings.

What you need
You have at least five years of relevant industrial experience, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry combined with a Ph.D. or M.Sc. in organic/medicinal chemistry or equivalent.
Expert working knowledge of modern methods in organic chemistry is required. A strong understanding of key components and processes in drug discovery is advantageous.
You are confident in written and oral communication in English and can build and maintain trustworthy interactions with colleagues and clients to be able to deliver according to agreed timelines and standards.
