The studio has in a short time become the preferred solution for several of the leading companies in the game and entertainment industry. Our office and studio is situated in central Uppsala and we have international branch offices.
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Lead Animator with attention to details and genuine qualifications as an addition to our talented team. We work in an international environment in which fluent spoken and written English is a must. As a Lead Animator you will have responsibility for your animation team and you need to possess good mentoring skills.

Required Skills and Qualities:
• Proficient in Motionbuilder, experience in Maya and Max.
• Good storytelling skills, knowledge of camera angles and framing shots.
• Knowledge of anatomy and human motion.
• Attention to details.
• Solid keyframe animation skills is desirable.
• Basic rigging and skinning knowledge.
• Can easily adapt to different styles.
• Organized, meets deadlines, responsible for his/ her work and the animation team.
• Good mentoring skills, able to give feedback and help less experienced animators.
• Can effectively communicate with the management team and keep the Producer updated of the animation team progress.
• Self-driven.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
Experience:
• Minimum 7 years experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a Lead Animator.
• Has worked the full development cycle of a published console
game.
• Experience leading a team of 5-10 animators.
• Experience creating animation tree and implementing animations in-game (blends, transition weights, additive animation)
• Experience animating motion capture based files.
