The main objective of the Corporate Accounting and Control function is to enable efficient financial processes by providing relevant and qualitative reporting, related accounting services and controlling. We are now looking for an Experienced Accountant to join one of our teams - Accounting and Reporting Sales & Marketing.
During Q1 2019 the department will reorganize and the IO Accounting Services will be established, aiming to create an agile and efficient finance organization that can meet both future business and employee needs through harmonization and digitalization. As Unit Accounting Responsible you will play an important role in this change.
What is your responsibility
You are part of a team that is responsible for consolidation, accounting and reporting of financial statements for Sales and Marketing Group globally.
You should actively work to drive the development for change in the accounting- and reporting area especially for Sales and Marketing to ensure resource efficient, timely and high quality deliveries to all stake holders. Participation in common projects within accounting and reporting function is also part of the role.
You should be in close relationship and for alignment with the area controllers/operations regarding on going activities that needs to be reflected in financial reports.
You will be working with people from both Corporate Accounting and Control as well as from Sales and Marketing business and get energy from change management and process development.
What are we looking for
We are looking for a person with genuine passion for change management within the accounting area as well as good understanding of process oriented work.
You have solid experience of accounting and reporting with relevant educational background. You have good understanding of financial systems, preferable Oracle financials.
Experience in Hyperion Financial Management for group reporting is meritorious. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written as well in Swedish. You have relevant Excel skills and interest in digitalized solutions.
As a person you are responsible, organized and have the readiness to challenge the current situation/processes step by step. You are good at converting needs into clear goals and deliveries for you and your team colleagues.
