Reporting to CEO and part of the executive management team
Main areas of responsibility:
• Worldwide development, implementation and follow-up of clinical concepts within marketing in the areas allaergy and autoimmunity
• Health economy program
• Set-up and publishing of health economic studies
• Participate in the business review team for development and follow-up of sales and marketing strategies as well as operational and financial development worldwide
• To lead the strategic planning process
• To lead the global communication team
• To initiate and to participate in acquisition processes
Preferred background:
• At least 15 years of experience from medtech industry or/and pharma industry in the field of respiratory or close related issues.
• Proven international experience both from US, Europe and preferably also in Asia.
• Univisity degree in prefferably Chemistry/biology in combination with marketing.
• Deep experiance in global communication strategies.
• Fluent in written and oral english and preferably also in another language such as french, german or spanish.

• Good strategic and operational ability
• High level of driving force
• Good leadership ability
• Passion and communication skills are important
• Potential to grow into a CEO position
• The position is to be located in Sweden, but Swedish as mother tongue is not
crucial
