Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are seeking Executve/HR Assistant for a permanent and full-time position in 4finance, starting as agreed. The position is new and it is based in Stockholm Sweden. The main role of the Executive and HR Assistant will be supporting Executives and HR Manager. Tasks will include managing CEO's and COO's calendars, making meeting and event arrangements, prepare reports, financial data and presentations, coordinate various office support services, ensure completion of paperwork, receive and redirect visitors. Selected person will manage recruitment advertisement, screen candidates and schedule interviews together with HR Manager and Department Managers. Selected person conducts internet research to locate potential candidates, assist with planning new employee orientation, compile materials and prepare offer letters. Utbildning och erfarenhetA successful candidate will have sensitivity of confidential matters, strong computer and Internet research skills, excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, and ability to work well with internal and external clients and vendors. We work in multicultural environment so in addition to excellent Swedish person should have good English skills. We prefer the candidate to have experience in similar position and have a Bachelor's degree or equal. We expect candidate to have can-do -attitude and ability to work also independently.
