Our product range includes tools for simplifying the work at TV stations, which means digitizing material, managing the media, video editing, transcoding between different media formats and archiving. Broadcasters all around the world use our products behind the scenes, including some well-known customers such as SVT, CNN, and BBC. We make sure that content meets expression.

Ardendo is now expanding our current staff of 100 to meet the load from the constantly increasing number of customers. We are seeking a skilled web application developer with interest in developing the main portal to the media asset management archive, to join our young and creative team in Stockholm.
To be eligible you should have a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, and have relevant experience of professional application development. You should be self-motivated as a person and skilled at transforming visions into working solutions. Because of our international market, a client oriented attitude and good communication skills in English are key factors to become a successful developer.
Skills required for this position:
• Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax and Linux.
• Meriting with experience in ExtJS and Object oriented perl (or Python).
• Design, test and documentation.
Developments utilizing widget based Javascript frameworks such as ExtJS are meriting as is expertise in GUI design.
We would also like you to be a team player and appreciate good teamwork, be comfortable in technically complex environments and have a good level of English, both speaking and writing.
