Today, we're running a platform that provides the fundamental online esports infrastructure to all the key stakeholders in the industry including players, organizers, and game developers. It's becoming the place for regular gamers to congregate, practice, or compete in esports. Our best-in-class tech automates complex competition infrastructure through game integrations and allows gamers to easily play in competitions on any device or console while enabling community building and monetization at scale for organizers of all kinds.
The role
Challengermode is an innovative esports platform taking everything from grassroots organizing to commercial projects to the next level. As a company we are growing fast and as such, are looking for an ESPORTS PROGRAM MANAGER to help us ensure our clients' satisfaction as we take on bigger challenges.
The Partner Success Team is a group of highly agile esports fanatics who have been using a keyboard and mouse (or optionally a controller) since they were in kindergarten. We are now looking for someone to join them in their journey towards building and maintaining meaningful and profitable relationships with our clients.
A normal day as a Program Manager can range from scheduled meetings before starting a particular day's program activities, to helping a project manager report the metrics you've helped develop over the past few months. You could be executing on deliverables to be sent to a client, or maybe you're helping an esports team start up a tournament series to play with their biggest supporters. Your responsibilities are all aligned around project deliverables and sound operational foundation.
What you'll do
Program Management
Operate an esports program from a competitive perspective with a pre-set structure and guidelines. You will be the hands and feet on the ground.
Provide player support and write clear, and helpful descriptions.
Liaise between players and project managers to ensure proper feedback loops work, helping us improve our competitive product.
Deliver raw data to the reporting project manager assist in creating a full picture of project statuses based on hard data.

Skills & Requirements
Native-level written proficiency English
Previous experience in league operations/competition management.
Attentive to details.
Highly communicative with internal and external stakeholders.
Being able to navigate high-pressure projects.
Experience in using Excel/Google Sheets and performing basic data manipulation.
Meriting Qualities
You're fluent in multiple languages.
A relevant degree in project management.
You have technical skills such as programming, IT ops, hardware knowledge etc.
You're proficient in writing product copy.
You have previously worked with a tech company.
