Join us to work with Hardware Systemization for Ericsson Radio System products!
Do you want to take part in setting the general architecture and systemization of ERS hardware? We are looking for a system engineer to support us with systemizing product solutions. You come with experience from working with requirement management and system development. As a system developer in projects developing Ericsson Radio System hardware (ERS HW) products you are involved in early studies, execution and release as well as working with general requirements and requirement system for ERS HW together with senior colleagues.
As part of ERS HW Solution you will work in a team taking responsibility for keeping the product portfolio together through generic requirement and requirement handling and structured solutions systemization and release.
What you will do
For this position focus is on Source System including requirements, Inter Working Descriptions (IWDs) and connection between HW and RAN requirements. Work will be performed together with a team working with ERS level requirements and IWDs ensuring we have relevant and up-to-date requirements that are easy to find and to use for product development projects.
You will participate in hardware development projects and early phases studies focusing on the solution level on site including combination of products. And you will be responsible for system information needed to develop new products. You will also work together with Product Management regarding both customer solutions, architecture and the general requirements.
Driving and participating in studies regarding requirements and system documentation will be included in your tasks. Continuous improvement, innovation and support of others sharing are included in the daily work.

You will bring
Good understanding of hardware and software architecture
Experience of telecommunication system management
Developed competence in requirement handling and architecture
Solid experience of HW/SW system design
The attitude of can-do, can-help, want-to-try
Innovating, adapting and responding to change
Good leadership skills
Good at identifying improvements and leading change
At least 5-7 years of Digital design / system design and architecture HW & SW
A master degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent
Fluent English skills for effective oral and written communication
