The integration is a key component in the MediusFlow to ensure that we combine the powers of both MediusFlow and the ERP system. Packaged ERP integrations are essential to our strategy and vision to offer the best AP Invoice Automation solution and to achieve quick implementations.
We are now extending our team of Business Analysts (BA) who are working with our Packaged ERP Integrations towards our prioritized ERP systems. The role is to be the link between our customers and our developers to make sure that we are really making the best of the ERP integrations to deliver the best AP Invoice Automation solution. This also includes working closely with our Professional Services organization who are the ones working directly with the customers. If you have you been on the road as an ERP consultant with focus on Purchase to Pay processes (P2P) creating custom built solutions to support customers and are now looking for a chance to build something more sustainable and re-useable, then; this is your chance!
Our picture of you is that you have a strong ERP knowledge from one or more ERP's with focus on P2P processes. You love working with customers solving their challenges whilst you also like working with more technical people converting customer needs into technical solutions.
What will you do?
• Be single point of contact towards ongoing implementation projects
• Work closely with projects/consultants to ensure qualitative deliveries to our customers
• Do requirement analysis of requests for new features
• Create a functional design for proposed new features
• Prioritization and planning of new features based on requirements and resources.
• Be involved in development of new features - answering questions for the team, testing, documenting etc.
• Connect development with pilot customers to facilitate good feedback between the customer(s) and the team
• Facilitate training sessions on our ERP offering best practises
• Support Cloud partner onboarding process
• Analyse new requirements and create requirements specifications as preparation for new developments
• Documentation of best practises
What you need to bring to the table:
• 5+ years' experience as consultant for one or more ERPs with focus on P2P processes -
primary focus on AX, NAV or SAP
• Combination of analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Proven project management skills with focus on delivering good results.
• A strong personal drive to deliver results by finding new solutions together with your team
while having fun at work.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or
similar - or equivalent work experience
