About the role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional with a strong commercial mentality to join our team. As an entrepreneur at heart, you will be dedicated to our mission and passionate about bringing in, listening to, and understanding the needs of our leads, with the ultimate goal of closing deals and turning leads into paying customers.
As a crucial part of our commercial team, you will be responsible for executing our sales opportunities, which includes exploring and executing the sales funnel, qualifying leads by asking the right questions to determine if they fit our desired customer profile, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in new markets. You will also be performing market analysis and research, as well as developing customer-relevant demo- and presentation material. Your ability to build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their needs will be essential to the success of the company.

We'll strive to provide you with the necessary tools and support to excel as an Enterprise Sales Professional with global potential and opportunities to continuously sharpen your sales skills, including; prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques. We'll equip you with valuable market insights, enabling you to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
You'll have access to a network of key accounts and decision-makers, with whom you'll build strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our collaborative cross-functional teams will work hand-in-hand with you to deliver successful sales outcomes.
You'll receive continuous feedback, learning opportunities, and access to a network of relevant individuals both internally and externally.
You will enter a company where you'll contribute with a toolbox that is complementing the rest of the company. You'll get to work with software engineers, designers, c-level executives, and business developers to fully understand how design can change how food is produced through digital technologies.

You will have the chance to work with key partners and customers to identify emerging trends and opportunities and to help guide the development of our products and services to meet their needs.
How you can make an impact
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets, leveraging your existing network and identifying new business opportunities.
Nurture and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential new markets, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and growth for the company.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the agri-food industry, staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends, and applying this knowledge to create value for our customers and the industry as a whole.
We believe you have/are:
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A proven experience within commercial enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals. Preferably in the tech- or sustainability industry.
Business acumen, with a deep understanding of how enterprise customers operate and make purchasing decisions.
Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Preferably in the agrifood business and with the gravitas to sustainability solutions.
A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value that exceeds their expectations. Including Analytical and research skills and account planning.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure successful sales relevancy.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a desire to continuously learn and improve their skills and knowledge.
Fluency in English, with additional language skills as a plus.
