We are looking for a forward-thinking person to join our Enterprise Architecture team. The team consists of three experienced architects whose mission is to continuously improve our entire IT architecture by generating knowledge about what we have, evolving our target and building commitment across the entire organization. What you'll do
Our setup is based on having our most experienced architects working closely and hands-on with our tribes: providing direction, solving challenges, and getting feedback directly from the squads. At the same time the Enterprise Architecture team works jointly with strategy and target architecture. We strongly believe that the mix of hands-on work and long-term strategy development brings the best possible personal development and value. Our Enterprise Architecture team consists of qualified specialists working with areas such as cloud adoption, API development, security, automation, microservice architectures and CI/CD automation. We are looking to strengthen our team overall, but specifically with respect to digital frontends.
As our new team member specializing on digital frontend, you will be responsible to create and govern a future Digital and Managed Channels architecture in a distributed, API-based IT landscape at scale. The overall purpose is to fully support Telenor's business strategy as well as our vision on empowering societies and connecting people to what matters most. Digital Channels is a key enabler for the continued digitalization journey at Telenor, so you will get the opportunity to achieve real change and impact.
Your ability to understand and help solving structural and technological challenges in diverse areas such as listed below will be of most value for us.
* Web and App architectures
* CMS
* Frontend frameworks and component libraries
* Personalization
* Public/native cloud services.
Further, you will be an active participant in the main architecture governing body and the enterprise architecture board. You'll spend approx. 50% of your time working directly within the B2C Digital Frontend Tribe where you'll work closely with PO's, Solution Architects and Tech Leads to ensure sustainable solutions in accordance to target architecture. The other 50% is reserved for working together with the other EA team members on longer-term strategy, skills development and target architecture.
Who you are
In order to succeed in this role we believe you have experience from a business or industry that is characterized by high digital interactions with consumer- or business customers. It does not have to be telecommunications industry but can just as easily be something like financial services, entertainment, insurance, or healthcare.
We believe you have:
* A keen interest in technology and software development
* Several years working as a Solution Architect for bigger areas including Web & App and/or as a frontend architect with focus on digital customer engagement.
* Hands-on working experience of technical frameworks in Digital Channels
* Excellent communication skills verbally and written, in both Swedish and English
* Held roles where you have had to influence others and actively drive progress.
