We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Core Technologies Imaging Systems team within our Research & Development department at our headquarters in Lund.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As Engineering Manager, Core Technologies Imaging Systems you will be heading a team that is responsible for long-term technology development within the Imaging area. You will have the overall responsibility and your main tasks will include:
• Manage and develop a team of project managers and engineers
• Road-mapping, budgeting, resource allocation, day-to-day operations
• Lead organizational and process development
• Overall responsibility for project portfolio
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a driven leader who is passionate about both technology development and leadership and can create a stimulating and creative working environment.
Your educational background includes a master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other relevant area. We further believe that you have several years of management and strategic leadership experience. You are an ambitious and initiative taking person that has good leadership skills with the ability to motivate the people around you.
CORE TECHNOLOGIES IMAGING SYSTEMS TEAM
The Core Technologies Imaging Systems team is responsible for the long-term technology agenda within the strategic Imaging area. We pioneer new solutions, define and execute roadmaps and provide a corresponding technology and knowledge base enabling Axis to develop highly competitive and innovative camera products.
