We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team and be a driving force behind Cabonline's ride to become one of Europe's leading technology provider for the transportation industry.
This is a critical position for the company and you'll play a leading role both technically and organizational, in shaping the future of our services and helping our talented developers growing in a creative friendly environment.
In order to raise interesting challenges to your team members, it's important that you're coming from a software development background and possess sharp management skills.
As an Engineering Manager at Cabonline, you will:
Define the team's technical roadmap
Manage both the technical and people side of your team, being both a career and technical mentor for the developers
Act as first point of contact for requests for new projects, gather requirements and define the right approaches
Work closely with product management and ensure that resources are available to meet the business requirements
Be an active part in the recruitment processes, attracting and retaining top talent

Proven experience as an Engineer Manager or relevant role (Team Manager, Technical Product Manager/Owner, Tech Lead)
Experience as a software developer or a degree in the same field
Ability to understand technical challenges
The desire/ability of coaching and mentoring
Strong analytical mindset and passion for solving complex challenges combined with great communication skills
Good knowledge in spoken and written English
