We are now looking for an Engineer within Power & Signal Distribution (PASD)!
Description
The E/E Team, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Technical Development Organization with locations both in Sweden/Trollhättan and in China/Tianjin. You will part of a team of Engineers, with primary responsibility towards PASD and focus to deliver and support the organization.
You will be the link between our Engineering team, our harness supplier, our build support and E/E mule coordinator. You will be an important player within the development of existing architecture platform and upcoming platform/projects.
As an Engineer PASD, you will be the driver within the team in order to support NEVS mule organization and E/E mule coordinator. You will become the link between the engineering team, our harness suppliers, our build support and E/E mule coordinator.
The role as Engineer also involves:
- Be creative to find the best suitable harness design according to needs
- Be responsible for deliver wiring harness according to projects needs
- Be part of component procurement support in early build phases
- Working in close cooperation with cross-functional team within Mechanical, Electrical architecture team and harness supplier
- Evaluating the feasibility of new proposals and products
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum education of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience from power distribution systems(harness) and connectors in the automotive industry, minimum 2year
- Experience from practical work with wire harness, eg. Building harness
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Driver license B
