If you are a motivated individual with a passion for data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and driving customer engagement, we want to hear from you! You will be part of our Business Development Nordics team and help us achieve our goals!

Your role as Engagement Lead
You will have a diverse role that involves collaborating with various departments and analyzing our customer behavior to improve engagement. You will report directly to the Deputy CEO located in Stockholm.

You'll be responsible for effectively setting and executing strategies and initiatives, translating plans into actions, and ensuring that operational aspects are well-managed to drive customer engagement and business growth. The overarching goal is to better understand how our users behave and how we optimize the use of the platform. You demonstrate both strategic thinking and strong operational skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• To gain insights into our existing customer behaviors, opportunities, and risks; understand how our products are used, when they are used, and what we need to develop - both at the customer and user levels.

• Create tailored engagement plans for different customer segments, from new clients to long-term customers.

• Analyze platform and product behavior, and establish clear KPIs.

• Responsibility for Client and User Journeys as well as frameworks for different segments and levels.

• Continuously find ways to improve engagement and integrate them into our product roadmap.

• Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Who are you?

• At least 4 years of proven experience in driving customer engagement, data analysis, or related roles


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Data Science, Marketing, etc.)

• Understanding of the e-commerce landscape, with a strong focus on optimizing revenue and enhancing engagement

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools and platforms

• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives to successful outcomes

• Good language skills in English is a must

You'll take initiative, tackle challenges creatively, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and utilize data to inform decisions and enhance customer engagement.
