Since the start in February 2012, the company has grown rapidly and today we have gathered more than 180 experienced engineers with an average OEM experience of more than 15 years. We specialise in complex assignments and offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles.
Position description
As an Energy Integration Engineer you will be part of the LeanNova Energy Management team, working with optimization of vehicles and vehicle propulsion from an energy perspective.
Our strength is our experience and knowledge in complete vehicle development using CAE as the main development tool. With models created in MATLAB/Simulink, you will analyze anything from conventional cars to large hybrid/electric industrial machines. Depending on the customer, you may also be involved in testing and other project work tasks related to Energy management.
Working experience from simulation and energy management is a plus, but we will also consider newly graduated engineers with good skills in MATLAB/Simulink, knowledge in vehicle propulsion, and a willingness to learn. The work tasks will be balanced within the team depending on skill level.
You will mainly be placed in Trollhättan, but there are also possibilities to work on site at our customers in Sweden or abroad.
Skills & Requirements
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Physics Engineering
• Good knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink
• Competence to develop models and scripts
• Good knowledge of engines, transmissions, electric motors, and batteries
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
