As part of our ongoing HR Transformation, we are forming a new ER team to lead on matters of Employment, Policy and Employee Relations across Nordics.

We are now looking for an Employment & Relations lead to lead Sweden in both operational and strategic HR initiatives. As ER lead for Sweden you will own current and set the future direction for Fujitsu Sweden's employment framework.

You will belong to our Nordic Employment & Relations team, reporting to Nordic Head of Employment & Relations.

As Country ER lead, you will act as trusted advisor for the Swedish country leadership team and together with HR Service Delivery and HR Business Partners, provide expertise on all employment, employee relations and policy matters and develop ER strategies policies and guidance using internal and external insights

You will provide expert advice to the HR function, business line HR teams and line managers across Sweden and are responsible for ensuring successful implementation of employee policy and process changes, appropriate governance of policy and ER decisions, monitoring and measurement of ER and EP services and objectives.

This role is vital to the success of the new HR Model, which will only be successful with the right person in place, who is to play a proactive role to gain the trust of the key HR and business stakeholders.

• You will be an Inspiring leader, with an ability to engage with the local HR team and the wider EP/ER organisation
• You will have experience of leading on Employment Policy and Employee relations activities within Sweden, with experience of consultation, works councils, policy development and best practice in HR
• You will play an active role in embedding the new HR Operating model and ensuring its success
• You will have knowledge of employment law and industrial relations practices in Sweden and contribute to business success
• You would have a flexible approach to problem solving, balancing policy, best practice, legal and business issues to provide pragmatic solutions

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a HR professional experienced with Union negotiations, Works Council activity and collective consultations.

You are currently an experienced HR Business Partner with a background of creating and leading an employee relations strategy within a generalist role, with a focus on developing a positive & constructive ER climate in a period of fast change.

• Higher education in Human Resource Management or Behavioural Science, including Swedish labour law.
• At least 5 years' experience operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment, adept at building close working relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Experience working in a global organization, preferably IT or telecom industry
• Able to be an equal partner with management team in country and able to present, communicate and establish boundaries to ensure a cohesive and rounded HR agenda is delivered
• Insight driven - at ease with data and analytics to demonstrate impact and return on investment
• Experienced leader able to engage and enthuse their colleagues, stakeholders and teams
• Confident and able to demonstrate the potential to influence stakeholders
• Decisive and able to recommend a considered direction where there may be a number of equally weighted options
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages is considered a plus.
