Epiroc is creating a new team with the objective to transform employer branding, internal communication, recruitment, onboarding and talent management into Talent Acquisition.

We are now looking for a senior Employer Branding and Internal Communications specialist who will be a core contributor to enable the success of the function. Since this is a startup of new ways of working you will be a strong influencer of building the new function and impact the ways of working.

Mission
Your overall Mission is to be responsible for Employer Branding & Internal communication within Epiroc Sweden (50%) and Epiroc Rock Drills AB, Örebro (50%).

Your responsibility is to create clarity and consistency in how we work with the employer branding in Epiroc. You initiate and lead the defining strategies for employer branding practices. You have the responsibility to ensure a plan on a yearly basis with relevant activities, to evaluate, follow up and develop. A large part of the role is to spread the Epiroc values to external stakeholders, and build and develop long term relationships. Our core values are innovation, commitment and collaboration and the Epiroc brand promise shall be known to the public eye. You will also work with internal engagement and develop strategies on how we attract, keep and develop our employees. You are responsible of analyzing the employer branding needs within the organization. You also propose and prepare employer branding activities on budget with a clear return of investment, in collaboration with HR and the managers.

Regarding internal communications your key responsibilities includes develop and execute the internal communication strategy, as well as plan and own overall internal communication. In this position you will provide senior level communication strategy and plan, communicate and execute activities towards strategic targets. You will ensure that Epiroc on different levels works successfully with different communications channels suitable for our current employees, as well as other stakeholders and future employees. You are expected to work on the future development of the internal communication in SharePoint, our intranet platform.

You have broad knowledge of Employer Branding and internal communication and are used to think outside of the box. In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and you will be a central part of the newly launched Talent Acquisition team, your colleagues in the team are one Employer Branding Coordinator and three employees focusing on recruitment and onboarding.

The Talent Acquisition team is a new team with the mission to ensure we attract the right people in the right organizational structure in line with the business strategy and core values, implementing an efficient agile process. This involves recruitment, consultant management, employer branding, talent management, internal communication and onboarding.

Education, Knowledge and Experience
In this role, it 's important to work with our management teams, the HR teams and communication teams as well as supporting the different divisions and entities within Epiroc Sweden.
To succeed in this role you should have knowledge and experience in the following:

• Degree in marketing, media & communication, business administration or similar
• Strong business understanding
• Ability and motivation to work both on operational, tactical and strategic level
• Excellent English and Swedish communication skills
• Good graphical skills and knowledge in Adobe CC
• Previous budget responsibility is preferred but not a demand
• Excellent in building strong relations with various stakeholders.
• Previous experience as a manager from a similar position is meritorious as this is a senior role
• Experience of working with the SharePoint platform is beneficial to the role

Personality
As a person, you are business oriented, collaborative, analytical and enjoy change. The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative and organized. You have advanced understanding of communications strategies and project management. You also have knowledge of employer branding and communication principles, practice, concept and standards along with interest of CSR.
