The role
The EMEA Account Manager we seek is someone who is driven, results-oriented, and possesses a tactical thought process with a demonstrable record of delivering results.
The EMEA Account Manager will be responsible for the management and growth of selected accounts in the EMEA region.
The person will be responsible for strategic and tactical planning and ongoing evolution of the above mentioned accounts and of key programs in line with Kelly management guidance.
Activities will include iterations with customers (contacts, relationship building, presentations, meetings) as well as coordination of activities with Kellys country and local managers and Kellys solutions representatives throughout the EMEA region.
The EMEA Account Manager will report to the EMEA Global Client Relationships Team (GCRT).
Responsibilities/Accountabilities will include:
Provide account management support for clients in the EMEA region.
Promote consistent communication and enforcement of a client relationship process throughout the EMEA region.
Effectively work with and develop a strong rapport with country and local managers who will be responsible for effective execution against client requirements.
Develop and promote all service lines where appropriate for the customer, in an effort to effectively cross-sell and expand Kellys exposure and profitability.
Identify new opportunities by understanding and exploring unmet customer needs which include growing existing and identifying new business lines, and extending them to new markets and countries.
Prepare and deliver presentations to customers.
Build relationships with key decision makers within EMEA.
The ideal candidate
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business required
Minimum Experience Required: 4 - 6 years of account management, consulting and outsourcing or
staffing experience.
Skills Required:
Problem-solving and decision-making skills as well as demonstrated ability to influence.
Staffing services industry, supply chain consulting, outsourcing, or other large scale consulting solutions a plus.
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts.
Account management in expanded/regional markets.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer satisfaction skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills a must.
Language Skills: Fluent English (a must) + another European language (desired), French or German (ideal)
Demonstrated success in effectively building relationships with colleagues in a matrix environment
International/EMEA experience
The work base location: flexible, but preferably in mainland
