hela Sverige We are looking an experienced Technology Management Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a track record of driving and managing the development of complex technical goals across a large organization.
The candidate must have a good understanding of several different technology areas within Automotive E/E development.
Responsibilities:
Drive and manage the development of complex technical goals across a large organization. Prioritize tasks based on project lifecycle and help guide design decisions that enable efficient and independent development across teams. Coach team members in cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Understand when technical debt needs to be undertaken to meet deadlines and minimize the effects of such debt. Act as a single point of contact for a given technical area and interface with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in managing complex technical projects. Good understanding of several different technology areas within Automotive E/E development.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on project lifecycle and help guide design decisions that enable efficient and independent development across teams. Ability to coach team members in cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Understand when technical debt needs to be undertaken to meet deadlines and minimize the effects of such debt.
