Job Description

As an E-commerce Conversion Optimizer/Web Analyst you will identify conversion improving actions based on insight and data. The area covers ARKET online stores but also campaigns on other platforms.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Have an overall picture of the performance of ARKET online
Share and educate the organization, so they are able to use data insights in best way
Based on analysis from KPI 's, provide support in decision making
Contribute with ideas and solutions based on the analyzed data
Drive hypothesis for conversion improving actions and A/B test these to evaluate what actions gives the most impact on conversion on arket.com

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-motivated, analytical person with a genuine interest in e-commerce. You are a great team-player who enjoys sharing experiences and help other build knowledge in your area of expertise. We believe that you have strong communication skills and an ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders.
To be a successful E-commerce Conversion Optimizer/Web Analyst we also believe you have:
At least 2-3 years' work experience in a similar role
A University degree in marketing, economics, mathematics, engineering or similar
Experience in Google Analytics
Experience of working with A/B testing, heat mapping, polling, and conversion optimization
Experience of working in publishing systems or content management systems
Communication skills in English, both written and spoken

If you also are experienced in any of below, we see it as an extra merit:
Experience of Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Google tag manager (GTM), Tealium, Floodlights, Facebook Pixel/Conversion API, Contentsquare, Adobe Audience Manager, HotJar, ClickTale, Decibel Insights
Knowledge of HTML, Javascript (or other programming skills)
Knowledge of 1, 2nd and 3rd party data
