Are you an experienced B2B e-Business marketing manager who is ready to step out of the comfort zone to drive the next phase of Tetra Pak's e-Business sales growth?
As part of Tetra Pak Services' ambitious growth strategy, we are actively developing our e-Business capability within a broad programme of digitalisation. We are now taking the step to actively promote our extensive Parts portfolio to our customer segments in a more systematic and data-driven way.
In this position, you will lead the adoption of CRM, Lead Management, Marketing Automation to drive e-Business campaigns owned by a growing team of central and cluster business developers. You know what it takes to use these tools to help turn strategy into sales results, and understand the power of localization and direct marketing. You will also be responsible for ensure all e-Business content is up to date. This is a unique opportunity to work for an industry leader in a start-up environment.
You will work cross-functionally with colleagues from central, cluster and market company teams to drive sales through a comprehensive campaign roadmap, using global tools. You will balance the needs of the business with the needs of the customer. You will ensure buy-in from business owning stakeholders across the entire Tetra Pak Parts portfolio, by delivering results.
Main Responsibilities
• Work co-operatively with members of the central and cluster Business Development, Customer Management and Sales Management teams to define, develop and monetise purchase journeys for Tetra Pak e-Business customers.
• Build, deploy, evaluate, and improve performance of once off and recurring local and global campaigns for Tetra Pak e-Business customers, according to brief, deadline and branding.
• Deliver and report on customer targeting and sales KPIs.
• Gain an understanding of sales volume expectations and trends. Use this knowledge to provide marketing advice to support the wider business when identifying opportunities and targeting customers.
• Help to develop and cascade a 'test and learn' culture within Tetra Pak e-Business marketing and promotion.
Qualifications
A university degree in a marketing discipline, in combination with relevant B2B or FMCG commercial experience.
Demonstrable experience working with industry standard campaign management, CRM tools and email service platforms.
Excellent knowledge of SAP Hybris or comparable e-Business platform / CMS.
Top class communication and presentation skills, through written and spoken English.
A strong personal drive to take the initiative to work proactively and create results, with the ability to build and maintain working relationships.
