Do you excel in working with customer and transactional data to provide e-Business insights that will generate new sales for Tetra Pak?

As part of Tetra Pak Services' ambitious growth strategy, we are actively developing our e-Business capability. This includes leveraging data to ensure every online interaction between our customers and Tetra Pak is as relevant, timely and useful to them as we can make it.

This is a very exciting time for us as we drive a digital transformation of Tetra Pak Services. In this position, you belong to a dynamic, growing team with the task to turn Parts growth strategies into reality. An inquisitive, entrepreneurial drive to positively impact the bottom line of an industry leader, while working in what is essentially a start-up environment will be key.

You will work in a global environment requiring close collaboration with central teams, cluster teams and market companies. You will balance the needs of the business with the needs of the customer by using e-Business data to create strategic and operational buy-in from business owning stakeholders across the entire Tetra Pak Parts portfolio.

You will also be expected to drive appropriate e-Business related activities as and when it is required.

Main Responsibilities

• Optimise e-Business sales through a routine of data analysis, insight, targeting and performance reporting.
• Create a narrative outlining weekly findings from the data, variance to KPIs, and present these findings in a review forum.
• Collaborate with the other members of the e-Business and Business Development teams to turn Parts strategy into business reality, on a global, cluster and market company level.
• Bring data management, analysis and insight excellence to the changing needs of the business, in co-operation with multiple Tetra Pak stakeholders.
• Manage and optimise the performance of the SOLR search functionality within the e-Business platform.
• Take the business stakeholder perspective on behalf of the e-Business team in driving e-Business activities/projects as they arise.




Qualifications


A university degree in a numerate or marketing discipline, in combination with relevant B2B or FMCG commercial experience.
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics.

Proficient in SAP Hybris, Power BI and MS Excel.

The ability to present and communicate data-based insights to multiple stakeholders in English.

Knowledge of SOLR.

Track record in taking responsibility for projects and activities within an e-Business team.
