Glooko/Diasend simplify life for people with diabetes and facilitates the work of their health care providers by optimizing diabetes data management.
Our comprehensive and market leading solutions involve uploading, storing and analyzing data from a clear majority of the diabetes devices currently available on the global market - allowing patients and caregivers to easily access, understand and share the same information. This equals highly valuable support for people with diabetes both during and in-between doctor visits, and makes the work of diabetes coaches around the world much more efficient and accurate.
Over the last few years we have grown quickly and are now at the point of the next big phase of expansion, aiming at establishing a presence with new exciting products in several markets within the near future. And to get there, the search for a number of new talented and driven co-workers has now begun.
We are a global company with about 80 employees, located in Silicon Valley, Chicago, London and Gothenburg - currently serving 4 000 diabetes clinics in 23 countries across 15 languages, impacting the lives of tens of millions of people with diabetes on a daily basis. Our largest owners are Samsung Ventures, Medtronic, Canaan Partners and Social Capital.
In our brand new office close to Liseberg (yes - you will have Lisebergskortet as an employee benefit) in Gothenburg we are approximately 35 co-workers. We are responsible for sales, customer support and marketing for all international markets except North America. We also have a dedicated team of engineers that works with technical development for all global markets.

Glooko/Diasend is now looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to their international support team in Gothenburg.
You will work in a team of five and be responsible for the Dutch market, as well as assist other markets.
Main responsibilities include;
• Telephone calls and e-mails from patients, healthcare providers and retailers
• Registration, administration of deviations and follow-up work
• Handling customer complaint issues
• Support the international sales team (eg inform customers about promotions and offers)
Who are you?
We are looking for a service minded, solution oriented and proactive person. Someone who has ability to create good relations with both customers and co-workers. You are a team player who enjoy working at a high pace and towards set goals. You are analytical and pedagogically oriented to serve great customer service. You enjoy working in a dynamic and multilingual environment. You also have a technical interest.
We believe you have some form of higher education, with a few years of experience from customer support - preferably with technical products. It is an advantage if you have experience of the Dutch healthcare system. As you will be responsible for the Dutch market, it is a requirement that you communicate in Dutch and English fluently. It is a merit if you have any other language skills such as Swedish, German or French.

This is a temporary position for almost 11 months, during a parental leave, with start at the beginning of October. You will be employed by Glooko/Diasend and the position is placed in Gothenburg at their local office.
