We are looking for a Dutch speaking service desk agent. Your main tasks are to receive and register incoming cases, both internal and external via telephone, email and web.
You register, investigate, resolve, close and reopen cases. It is important to prioritize cases according to the customer Service Level Agreement and to assess the customer's impact on the customer's production. You will be working in 1:st line, technical issues will be sent to 2:nd and 3:rd line technicians.
Must have:
1. You speak and write fluently Dutch and English
Good to have:
2. You have worked in a NOC/helpdesk/support organization before
3. You have some knowledge in programming, SQL, Windows, Unix, AIX, Oracle
