Combining dark kitchens and a unique distribution model, VEAT offers ready to eat plant-based food through a network of vending machines. VEAT is rapidly increasing its production capacity and is searching for a Dishwasher & Plater to join the kitchen team.
What you will do
Load and unload dishwashing machines
Store clean utensils, containers and trays in an organised structured routine
Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and inform ops manager when required
Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
Remove garbage regularly
Sanitise the whole kitchen area including dishwasher and the floor every night
Assist platers with plating dishes when there is no dishwashing tasks to complete
Who you are
Meticulous, well-organised and a self-starter who works well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness to meet food safety standards
Comfortable working in a repetitive nature environment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
A humble and open-minded attitude
