Director Uptime/Aftersales Program management
As the Director Uptime/Aftersales Program management, you will be responsible for the Uptime deliverables in new vehicle projects as well as the market establishment project. This includes ensuring the serviceability requirements are taken care of by R&D, service information, workshop tools & training are delivered, user information is ready, parts catalogue is updated, parts are available on stock and pricing is done. You will work in close cooperation with Lynk & Co R&D team in Gothenburg and Hangzhou bay.
You will lead a small team of very competent project leaders, but we expect you to lead some projects yourselves. You will be a key player in our creative and dynamic management team and report directly to the Vice President Uptime management.
We are looking for a spiritual leader with experience from automotive program management and with ability to think and act outside the norm. You are a team player with a pragmatic and holistic view on things. Want to join us?
The position is based in Gothenburg but with an Eu responsibility. The position will require travel on regular basis.
