Director Soft Business Solutions, Business Region International
Volvo Bus Corporation (VBC) is the world's second largest manufacturer of large buses and coaches.
VBC employs 7700 people in its various factories in Europe, North and South America, Africa and Asia.
Business Region International is responsible for VBC commercial operations in Asia, Oceania, Africa, Middle East and CIS markets.

The Business Region International (BRI) at Volvo Bus Corporation has the responsibility for the current commercial bus business and further commercial development in Africa, Middle East, CIS Countries, China, South Asia, South East Asia and Oceania. This region represents a number of key established markets along with a large growth opportunity for Volvo Buses. BRI is responsible for the Bus vehicle and Aftersales business, the partnership with Volvo's own and private importers, with key customers and body build partners, and the progress of the Volvo Buses total business within region. In order to fulfil the VBC overall Soft business targets BRI needs to increase the ambitions on the sales of service offerings. A Soft Business Solution Director is needed within Business Region International in order to be able to support the markets with competence and Soft business development.

This position will belong to Business Region International's Commercial Aftermarket department located in Gothenburg.

Main Responsibilities
• Drive the development and follow up the Service/Parts agreements, Telematic solutions and other service offerings sales per market
• Prioritizes and safeguard support to respective markets within the Soft sales area
• Assist in tender and contract reviews
• Secure the co-ordination between VBC central competences / resources and the markets
• Develop take to market material such as training courses, promotion material and on site support when needed
• Co-ordinate and prioritise Cluster/ Market requests within VBC organisation

• Experience from Bus and/or Vehicle industry will be an advantage
