In order to achieve this mission, we are currently reshaping our organisation to help Tetra Pak meet future challenges. As a part of this process, we are looking to fill the position of Director Project Management.
As Director Project Management you will deliver a portfolio of projects according to business needs in line with key stakeholder's expectations while continuously developing the D&E PM Project Management capability. You will lead an organisation, focussing on delivery through projects. The projects are organised in Programmes, led by Programme managers, covering from Technology Development till Implementation.

Kvalifikationer
To be successful you have a proven track record in Project Management, are PMI certified and have managed larger organisations as senior manager. Knowledge and experience in World Class Engineering and World Class Manufacturing will be considered as a merit. Critical are your proven leadership and collaboration skills and you are an excellent communicator. You have the ability to drive and implement change and have experience of change management.

The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food. The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy and Lund, Sweden. In Modena and Lund we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.
