Job Summary
As the Director of HR Strategy and Transformation, you have the global responsibility of shaping, setting and implementing group wide HR strategic directions across the whole Volvo Group. It is a senior, high impact position where you will report to Senior Vice President Culture & Leadership.
Your way of working is characterized by facilitating workshops, write communication material and drive initiatives and projects which requires you to be curious, driven by change and not afraid of challenging us and our processes. But most of all you will lead our future journey of change within HR.

Our responsibilities cover employee engagement, employer branding, company culture, inclusion, talent management and the overall HR strategy.
