In Gothenburg, Group Real Estate is leading the Campus Lundby project, creating a unique centre for development of sustainable transport solutions. Campus Lundby will be characterized by openness and room for internal as well as external partnerships, and thereby take an active part in the development of the City of Gothenburg.
About the position
We are now looking for a Director for our newly created Facilities Services function in the Gothenburg & Campus Lundby Division. A strong leader that creates enthusiasm for securing the Facility Management (FM) operations & services in our premises and for our stakeholders. Your mission is to secure an excellent workplace experience for our people and to be the main link to our FM-supplier, including both hard & soft FM-services. The role also includes being a line manager for the resources in the Facilities Services team, meaning leading and developing your team members.
As Director Facilities Services you are an active business partner for the Gothenburg & Campus Lundby Division and you collaborate and contribute in all aspects within the division. We will also ask that you take responsibility in our continuous improvement journey in order to reach our target image.
Your main focus:
Stakeholder dialogue on various organizational levels
Supplier management
Continuous improvements and follow-up
Cost effiency initiatives
Deliver a first-class workplace experience
You will report to the VP Gothenburg & Campus Lundby Division and be a member of the Division Management Team.

Required knowledge/experience:
We are looking for someone who has the experience from creating excellent workplace experiences through the delivery of fit-for-purpose facility management services. Someone who have the ability to build relationships through close cooperation with local stakeholders and suppliers. Based on your background, you also know how to further develop our Facility Management services.
We would also like to see the following knowledge, experience and skills:
Bachelor in Science, Facility-/ Property Management diploma (or similar)
Proven leadership capabilities and experience as line manager.
Minimum 8+ years working experience within Facility Management, both hard and soft services.
Compliance skills within relevant directives, authority regulations, laws and property legislation.
Experience from evaluating the performance and contracts of supplier deliveries within facility management
Experience from lean management, i.e continuous improvements, eliminating waste, root-cause analysis etc.
Negotiating and financial knowledge, how to add business value
Great communication skills
